Snapnote ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains how we handle your information and the terms under which you use the Snapnote mobile application.
Snapnote is designed as a local-first application. This means we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data (such as names, emails, or phone numbers) to our own servers.
Any notes you take, book information you save, or images you capture are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.

Snapnote offers a one-time "Premium" purchase. All transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your billing or credit card information. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policies.
Since your data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend using device encryption and screen locks to protect your information.
